Raj Bansal, Executive Director
Raj is the executive director of the Citrin Cooperman India office. Raj has over 15 years of experience in the global business consulting and management space, with a focus on offshore center setup and management, business strategy, and people management.
Raj has extensive experience in business strategy, capability development, service delivery, stakeholder management, and people hiring, as well as process development and improvement. He has a strong background in identifying, validating, and managing opportunities for firms to provide offshoring services to onshore teams. Raj is dedicated to continuous growth and value creation, and prioritizes areas such as executive leadership, operational modernization and cooperation, cross utilization, skill development, process improvement, and scalability to achieve the firm’s goals.
Prior to Citrin Cooperman, Raj was associated with RSM USI for more than 11 years and played pivotal role in establishing and successfully running a diverse array of consulting service lines, ranging from TAS, Technical Accounting Consulting, Risk Consulting to Health Care Advisory Services, ITDD and Cyber DD. He was also Head of Office at RSM US LLP’s Gurgaon office. Prior to RSM, he was an Assistant Manager at Lotus Risk Management Pvt. Ltd.
